How it works
What you get either way
A plan is an arrangement, not a contract. The point is that you stop having to organise it.
No lock-in contract
A plan is an arrangement, not a contract. Pause it over winter, change the frequency, or stop altogether. No exit fee, no notice period.
Priced on your property
The figures here are starting points. JJ quotes your actual garden for free and gives you a fixed monthly number before anything begins.
One invoice a month
One bank transfer instead of a payment after every visit. The invoice lists every visit made that month.
Cheaper than one-offs
A garden on a schedule never gets away, so each visit is quicker. That is why regular clients pay less per visit than one-off jobs.
On top of a plan
Add-ons, priced per job
Not everything belongs on a monthly rate. These get quoted when you want them.

Questions about plans
How much is a monthly garden maintenance plan?
Fortnightly mowing plans start around $150 a month for a small block, weekly-in-summer plans around $260, and full property care around $480. Where your garden lands depends on lawn size, access and how much beyond mowing you want covered. Those are typical Melbourne Eastern Suburbs ranges — JJ quotes your property for free and gives you a fixed monthly figure.Am I locked into a contract?
No. There is no contract, no minimum term and no exit fee. Plenty of clients pause over winter when growth stalls and pick it back up in spring. Just give JJ a call. Why is the monthly price the same in summer and winter?
Because growth is not. Melbourne lawns need weekly mowing from about October to March and far less from April to September. The Seasonal Care plan averages that across the year so your bill stays flat instead of spiking every December. What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
Light rain is usually fine for a mow. Heavy rain moves the visit to the next dry day and JJ confirms by text. Plan clients get first pick of the rescheduled slots, and there is never a double-up charge or a skipped week. Can I change plans later?
Any time, in either direction. Most people start on fortnightly and move up when spring hits, or scale back after a big clean-up has reset the garden. One phone call and it is changed from the next visit.Do I need to be home?
Not unless you want to be. As long as JJ can get to the lawn — side gate unlocked or a key-safe code — most clients are at work when he comes. He texts when the job is done. What if my garden needs a big tidy before starting a plan?
That is the usual way in. An overgrown garden gets a one-off clean-up first, quoted separately, and the plan starts from the following visit to keep it there. The reset almost always costs more than a year of maintenance, which is rather the point of the plan.Do you offer plans for rental and investment properties?
Yes, and they are common. JJ can invoice an agent or an owner directly, work to a condition-report standard, and send photos after each visit if the property is managed from interstate or overseas.
